These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the Cutis Sanus website or place an order directly through it.

1. Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Cutis Sanus. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
2. Products and website information
We work to present product descriptions, ingredient information, sizes, colours and images accurately. Screen settings, packaging updates and natural variation in botanical ingredients may affect appearance. Always review the product label and ingredient list supplied with the product before use.
Product availability may change without notice. We may correct website errors or update information when needed, subject to applicable law.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices, currency, applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown during checkout before an order is submitted. Payment must be authorized using a payment method accepted at checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information appears incorrect, or a material pricing or listing error occurred. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
4. Shipping and delivery
Available delivery methods and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any cancellation or delivery rights available under applicable consumer law.
Please provide a complete delivery address and review it before submitting the order. Contact customer care promptly if the confirmation contains an error.
5. Returns, order problems and refunds
Please contact us before sending any product back. Return eligibility, instructions and any applicable costs depend on the reason for the request, the product condition and the terms confirmed for the order.
Nothing in our voluntary return process limits any cancellation, refund, delivery or remedy rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Skincare product use
Cutis Sanus products are cosmetics. Website content is general product information and is not medical advice or a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Follow the directions and warnings supplied with the product and review the ingredient list for known sensitivities.
Consider patch testing a new cosmetic before regular use. Stop using a product if redness, itching, burning, blistering or another reaction develops, and seek advice from a qualified health professional when appropriate.
7. Acceptable website use and intellectual property
Website text, branding, product photographs, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Cutis Sanus and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal shopping use is permitted. Reproduction, resale, scraping, misuse or interference with the website is not permitted without written authorization.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Cutis Sanus is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow supplied directions, unauthorized website access or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Cutis Sanus Privacy Policy and the choices presented during checkout.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or the customer agrees otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, while preserving any consumer protections that apply and cannot be waived.
